Garry's first rally car was a Ford Escort MKI at the Nelson rally in 19??. Most of his rallying has been done in the Top of The South area.

Garry's worst moment in rallying was Too many DNF's..

Garry's best moment in rallying was Best results - 1st overall Historic Rally NZ 2000 (still current champ), 2000 Mainland Rally Series 1st overall in the Classic Class over 1701cc.
